Cooperative Education (In Thailand)

“Cooperative Education” refers to an educational system that provides teaching and learning in an educational institution alternating with direct experience of working at a system company with cooperation from the company and all parties involved. It is an educational system that combines learning with performance (Working Integrated Learning: WIL).

Student Qualifications

Fourth year student with a grad score of at least 2.50 (counting up to the last semester before applying to join the cooperative education program.)
Through the academic path set by the department and interviewed by the Cooperative Education Committee of the Department.
Students must pass a 30-hour readiness stage training before going to a cooperative education job at the workplace.

Students enrolled in cooperative education must have the following qualifications:

Be an undergraduate student who is currently studying. Having completed at least 5 semesters in accordance with the program’s study plan.
Students must have grade point average of at least 2.50 in the semester.
Students must attend to cooperative education training at least 30 hours.
Qualified by the instructor of the student’s affiliation program according to Criteria set by the faculty.
No disease that difficult to work at the company.
In case that the student does not qualify, the cooperative education committee will consider individually as appropriate.
